
Mo's bangs have been in her eyes, and she has a track record of doing bad things to her own hair when this becomes an issue.

I've asked her many times if she wanted a haircut and she ways no, which is unusual. In the past, she's always been eager for one.

I think maybe she's wanting longer hair. So even though I overruled her and decided she was getting a back-to-school cut yesterday, I made sure it was a trim. She doesn't seem to mind (though I do) when she gets mistaken for a boy, but maybe it bothers her on some level and she's figured out longer hair would be at least a partial remedy.

Em decided she wanted a bob while we were at it. So here's the first day of school coiffures...
