Ultimate Tacos

These flat-bottomed shells have me making tacos a lot more often. That, and my kids actually eat when I make tacos.

Yes, it's true, my Goan Shrimp Curry has never passed the lips of my offspring, though not for lack of me trying.

See also my Pad Thai, or my pizzas that don't contain any mozzarella or do contain things that live in the ocean.

So aside from some mildly seasoned taco meat (to encourage honyock consumption), I added sour cream, sliced black olives, chopped red onion, shredded mozzarella, alfalfa sprouts, Mrs. Renfro's Habanero Salsa, fresh cilantro, and sliced jalapeƱos.
