My garage does every time it rains, but the rest of the basement, it takes a pretty good pour to flood it.
It happens just infrequently enough to lull me into not perfectly keeping 100% of everything from ever resting on or near the floor.
So here I am, trying to use the dehumidifier and fans to dry my den out and the garage has already flooded a second time in two days and the rain is coming down hard again.
The local grocery store sustained a direct hit form lightning. I'll try and get by it to grab a pic tomorrow. If I haven't been washed away.
