
Okay, with my first accidentally cracked Easter eggs (not the first casualties, Mo had several by this point and the dog, I think, had a few on Mo's covert generosity), I made my first ever deviled eggs.
I consulted Joy of Cooking, of course. The cookbook, not the band. And I concocted this.

Crumble the yolks of three eggs. Add:
1 tsp. chipotle pepper (ground)
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp Ken's Steakhouse Bleu Cheese Dressing
Mix thoroughly and stuff the yolks back into the hollowed out whites. Top with a dash of Tabasco.
Pretty good stuff.
