Daunting

My boss is about to embark on a grand adventure. It's called foster parenting.

He's about to go from zero to three kids, all under the age of five. Keep in mind, he's had classes for this, but I've been a parent for eleven years, and my experience includes a special needs kid, and the thought of three kids under the age of five coming home with me one afternoon is enough to stop my breath.

This is like going to sleep in your bed and waking up in a frozen sleeping bag suspended by cables at 22,000 feet, with the last leg of an Everest climb to go.
