So Em had this chimes festival today. Rehearse all morning, perform at noon.
The cinder in the stew is she had to be at her school even earlier than on a regular school morning. On a Saturday.
Ouch.
Mo was up in the night, which made it harder. She claimed to want to go to Kaleidoscope while Sissy was practicing the morning away, but when we got there she didn't want to go in, claimed she wanted to fly rockets in the park.
We got to the park to launch rockets and she needed a restroom, and those were closed 'for the season,' so we left the park and by the time we found a restroom it was about time to go to the chimes show.
Ah well.
Mo did a great job sitting quietly for the chimes/bells until about the last number. At which point she lost it, and I had to take her out for the sake of the other parents/grandparents enjoyment.
