Okay, I put together the complicated kite again, and it was windy. But for whatever reason, it wants to kind of fly straight out away from me instead of climbing.
As long as it's tipped slightly back, it has lift, but once it goes up ten or twenty feet, it tips forward and glides down to earth.
I put another kite up in hopes of towing the flower up, and the winds were so strong the center rod pierced the nylon and the kite biffed.
I don't know if I need to put a tail streamer on the far side of this sucker or what.
But Mo had fun with sidewalk chalk and a nitrile glove she filched from my workbench.
