I could swear I saw ads saying the Ethnic Enrichment (Engorgement) Festival was this weekend. I even looked at a web site to make sure it ran through Sunday, which it does. But then we got to Swope Park and there were just a bunch of empty booths. It was a multi-cultural ghost town.
A lone security guard napping in a car told me it's next weekend. And I had Em ready to try empanadas from Ecuador!
