Hard Drive Clock

I need to fix this, the clock part doesn't work anymore. A friend and I killed an afternoon a few years back drilling through the center of a defunct 10MB (yes, they were once rated in megabytes, not gigabytes) hard drive.

My ex found it while packing for a move, so now it's back in its rightful place. I just need to get to a crafts supply store and get another cheapie clock gut/arms thingy.

Just think, the tiny little SD card for my digital camera stores 1GB of data, pretty wimpy compared to a 16GB Compact Flash, but damn. People spent real money for 10MB hard drives, hundreds of dollars.

Y'know...I have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

That being said-I thought of you today. I was at work and on phones for triage and I picked up a magazine discussing children and autism. It talked about alot of things I hear you talk about. It was a pretty eye opening read. I wish I understood it more. They [the people in the article] talked about how it's an everyday struggle sometimes. I thought of you and how you do so much with your girls and the love you three ooze in your pictures and the fun you have.

You should be proud of yourself. I was reading the article.

Have a great weekend!!
