Stew

This should be good come tomorrow.



I started by caramelizing a couple of onions and some black pepper, then briefly browned a pound and a half of stew beef before transferring it to the crock pot.



Then I added a large can of diced tomatoes, about a pound of cubed carrots, a quarter cup or so of minced garlic, and four or five red potatoes.



Filled the rest of the space up with chicken broth, turned it on low. By morning, it'll be stew.
