Instead of ordering Chinese on a Friday evening, why not make it?
This was semi-improvised. I had a packet of Lipton 'sesame chicken' rice, which I cooked with chicken broth instead of water. And to which I added about a pound of frozen broccoli (steamed in the microwave) and a dozen or so breaded chicken breast chunks.
I also jazzed it up with some sesame oil (about a teaspoon) and about a quarter cup of Padang sauce.
