Eat Grass?

We made eggs with a bunch of herbs and whatnot from the garden.

Peppers, I think Big Bomb Hybrids, for sure, but also some purple Thai basil, some garlic, onions and chives.



The chives weren't quite pure though. We realized as we ate that some of those chives were pretty tough, hard to chew. And didn't taste oniony.

They were grass, I'm pretty sure. Which isn't quite harmful but isn't really edible for us people types either.
