A-Maizing Black Bean Chili



I used a Six Gun kit for this but I added a bit to it.

A pound or so of ground beef browned with a fairly large diced onion I'd sautéed a bit first; then I added the Six Guns stuff along with:

28 oz can of Ro-Tel
4 cans black beans
quite a bit of minced garlic
a bit of extra cumin seed
some Chipotle powder
some powdered Anjo
a pound of frozen corn



I simmered all this stuff for a couple of hours, and voila. I'd rate this maybe at the four alarm level, not quite five.
