Black Bean Burritos
I used a packet of McCormick Burrito seasoning for this, but tweaked it enough to feel like I'd cooked.
I used canned refried black beans, too. Way too lazy to refry beans (however that's accomplished).
I sautéed some onion for a start, then added a pound or so of ground beef and a tablespoon of minced garlic and browned.
Instead of the water the seasoning pack suggested, I added a can of extra-hot Ro-Tel, juice and all with the seasoning pack.
Heat the refried black beans in the microwave, smear a bit on a flour tortilla, spoon on some of the stuff from the skillet, fold it up and dine.
Pretty good stuff.
