The Chili I made last weekend was missing something. Cumin, I think.
The packet said it would season two pounds of meat, and that's what I tried. But bland, yech.
I had two Gladwares of chili in the freezer from a batch I just about couldn't eat. I blended the two together: about six Gladwares of bland chili to two Gladwares of inconceivably hot chili.
It turned out great.
