
Okay, I loves a good wrap. Let me count the ways. I love them for being quick and easy, for being microwave friendly but also good candidates for a skillet. For taking any ingredients on hand.
I even love them for pretending not to be sandwiches.


So here's some of my faves in the genre.
Black beans, extra sharp cheddar and Mrs. Renfros is a good combo.
Another good one is spinach and cheddar, a combo I found didn't go as good with Salsa as with bleu cheese dressing, and not as good with bleu cheese as bleu cheese with chipotle added.


If I'm browing it in a skillet, I use a bit of pan spray to help it brown and prevent sticking. Sometimes they're good just soft from the 'wave, though.
