This started with a German recipe Corinna's mother makes. But then Corinna started throwing in tomatoes from our garden, queso fresco and noodles from Bonito Michoacan, and it kind of morphed into a delicious Germexican type thing.
Some more of the late tomatoes were in the tomato and onion salad, and the few sweet potatoes the garden yielded were roasted with some of the last beets.
The pink/orange stuff is a cactus salad with carrots and raisins in it. Quite a spread, especially considering how much of it came from our garden this late in the year.
