The 24mm tube down the center has an motor lug deep enough to fly on an Estes E9.
I feared the CP-CG relationship would be compromised by the heavier engine so I epoxied an ounce of lead shot into the roof of the porta-potty in addition to the clay Estes provides.
I masked the clear plastic fins to avoid getting epoxy smeared on them beyond the joints with the motor tube.
I've also started painting the as-yet-unnamed big BT-60 rocket I fiberglass taped the fin joints on...
