Wheat and Rye

Okay, the bread turned out, more or less.



1-1/2 cup water
Two cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
3 eggs
5 tsp yeast
1/3 cup sugar

Knead dough and let rise for three hours.



Punch down and let rise overnight.




Then try to turn the dough onto the cookie sheet, but it sticks. So knead another 2 tbsp sugar into the dough, spray it with pan spray and let it rise on the baking sheet for three more hours. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

It's very, very crusty, but at least the interior is light. Not like the brain bread.
