I hadn't made pizza in awhile, and I kind of ended up improvising with ingredients at hand.

I made a big batch of caramelized onions with fenugreek, enough for a couple of pies. This served as sauce, basically, with some mozzarella. Then on one pie, I piled on mushrooms, anchovies and green peppers.
Meanwhile, Em asked for fried Spam, and I knew she wouldn't (nor should she) eat the whole tin, so I put some Spam on one of the pizzas. Then, slicing cabbage in an evil plot to force my children to eat vegetables, I wondered why I'd never put cabbage on pizza before...

We have a winner! The anchovy pizza was good, too (they are the bacon of the sea, right?), but the one with cabbage and Spam was awesome.
