That old saw about taking nothing but pictures, leaving nothing but footprints? That sums up my mushroom hunts so far this year. Though I did get a good date night with Corinna in on one of them. And I figured out that one thing my new ultrawide lens is good for is taking selfies. DSLR selfies. Which I find amusing as a concept.
So here is a portrait of the Lobster as an unsuccessful morel hunter, taking nothing but pictures, leaving nothing but footprints. And not really many footprints, the ground isn’t that wet, probably why there weren’t more mushrooms.
